ArchOne AI is a digital AI design visualization service. AI generation may create processing costs as soon as a request starts.
Because of this, successful generations are generally not refundable after credits have been used.

Please send refund or credit review requests within 7 days of the purchase, renewal, failed generation, duplicate charge, or billing issue.
Requests sent after 7 days may be harder to verify and may not be eligible for a refund or credit restoration.
You can cancel a subscription according to the rules shown at checkout, in your account, or on the pricing page.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges.
