Overview

This refund policy explains how ArchOne AI handles refunds, failed generations, duplicate charges, billing errors, credits, and subscriptions.

ArchOne AI is a digital AI design visualization service. AI generation may create processing costs as soon as a request starts.

Because of this, successful generations are generally not refundable after credits have been used.

When We May Review a Refund or Credit Request

Please contact us if one of these issues happens:

  • credits were charged but no generation task was created;
  • a generation failed because of a service error or provider error;
  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • your payment succeeded but credits or plan access did not appear in your account;
  • a billing error affected your order, renewal, or subscription.

After review, we may restore credits, retry the generation, fix the billing issue, or approve a refund where appropriate.

When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

Refunds are usually not available when:

  • credits were already used for a successful generation;
  • the result was generated but you do not like the style, composition, or design direction;
  • the output needs design review, prompt refinement, or another iteration;
  • you changed your mind after using credits or plan features;
  • you forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal;
  • your request is made outside the review period below.

AI design outputs can vary. A result that needs refinement is not always treated as a failed generation.

Review Period

Please send refund or credit review requests within 7 days of the purchase, renewal, failed generation, duplicate charge, or billing issue.

Requests sent after 7 days may be harder to verify and may not be eligible for a refund or credit restoration.

Subscriptions and Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription according to the rules shown at checkout, in your account, or on the pricing page.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges.

If a renewal charge looks incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can review it.

How to Request a Review

To request a refund or credit review, contact us at support@archoneai.com.

Please include:

  • your account email;
  • order number or payment reference if available;
  • purchase or generation date;
  • the related task, page, or feature;
  • a short description of what happened.

Clear details help us review the issue faster.

Processing

Approved refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method.

Payment providers and banks may take 5-10 business days to show the refund.

Payment processing fees may not always be refundable. If a payment provider charges a non-refundable processing fee, that amount may be deducted from the refund where allowed by law.

Abuse and Fair Use

This policy is meant to help with real billing issues, failed generations, and service errors.

It is not meant to provide free use of paid AI generations.

ArchOne AI may decline refund or credit requests that appear abusive, repeated, misleading, or inconsistent with this policy.
