### Who We Are

ArchOne AI is an all-in-one AI spatial design visualization platform for early-stage workflows across architecture, interiors, exteriors, and landscapes.

ArchOne AI was founded by Ethan Zhang and is built by a small team with experience in urban planning, architectural design, and AI-driven parametric architectural research.

Before building AI tools, we worked with rooms, facades, gardens, streets, courtyards, and site plans. We know that design decisions rarely start with a perfect brief. They usually start with a photo, a rough idea, a client comment, a constraint, or a question nobody has fully answered yet.

A room, facade, garden, or site is never just an image to us. It has openings, edges, movement, light, materials, budgets, habits, climate, maintenance, and people attached to it. Those things matter, even in the early concept stage.

That is the reason we are building ArchOne AI. We want a tool that helps people see design directions quickly, while still caring about the real space behind the image.

Before founding ArchOne AI, Ethan worked as an urban planner at the China Academy of Urban Planning & Design (CAUPD). The team also includes a doctoral student at Southeast University researching AI-driven parametric architectural design and a member who previously worked as an architect.

This mix of urban planning, architectural practice, and research shapes how we build ArchOne AI. The platform is designed to speed up early visual exploration while keeping the project context, physical conditions, and design constraints in view.

### Why We Built ArchOne AI

We built ArchOne AI because we kept seeing the same problem in early design work: people need to look at options before they can talk about them clearly.

A client may say they want something warmer, cleaner, more open, or more natural, but those words can mean very different things. A homeowner may struggle to imagine how a room, entry, facade, or yard could change. A landscape concept may need several planting and hardscape directions before anyone knows what feels right.

At this stage, a quick visual study can be more useful than another long explanation. But traditional modeling and rendering can be too slow for every early question. General AI image tools can be fast, but they often forget the things a designer would notice first: existing openings, site edges, rooflines, circulation, scale, climate, material logic, or what should remain recognizable.

ArchOne AI comes from that tension. We want the speed of AI without losing the habits of spatial design.

### What We Are Building

ArchOne AI helps people turn photos, sketches, renders, references, and written ideas into early-stage spatial design concepts.

Focused AI tools give users a clear starting point for a specific task. These include interior concepts, exterior studies, landscape ideas, floor plans, material changes, and image editing.

ArchOne AI Studio supports work that continues beyond one prompt or result. Its infinite canvas keeps source images, references, design options, and revisions together. ArchOne AI Agent uses the design goal and selected images as context. It can also organize related tasks into a clear plan.

Users can open Studio directly or choose a focused tool. Both are part of the same spatial design platform.

We want ArchOne AI to feel like a design study, not a prompt toy. The source material, project brief, and real constraints of the space should continue to matter as ideas develop.

### How We Approach Early Design Work

Early design rarely ends with one image. People often need to compare materials, layouts, lighting, planting, facade character, and other directions before choosing what to develop.

ArchOne AI keeps the original project material visible throughout this process. In Studio, source images, references, generated options, and revisions remain together on the canvas. Each result is added as a new direction, so earlier work remains available.

ArchOne AI Agent helps users generate, edit, compare, and refine those directions. Important constraints should remain part of the brief. These may include openings, rooflines, paths, daylight, circulation, and existing structures.

Concept visualization is not professional documentation. Final dimensions, structure, drainage, accessibility, code compliance, costs, specifications, permits, and construction details still require qualified review.

### Who We Build For

We build ArchOne AI for people who work with spaces and need to explain design ideas visually.

That includes architects, architectural designers, interior designers, landscape designers, urban designers, small studios, design consultants, students, homeowners, and property teams.

Some users bring years of technical training. Others just know that a room, garden, or house exterior does not feel right yet. In both cases, it helps to see a few possible directions before committing time, budget, or attention to one of them.

### How We Think About AI and Design

We do not believe AI replaces design judgment.

AI can help people try more options and explain ideas faster. But the strongest design decisions still come from people who understand context, constraints, clients, materials, climate, codes, budgets, and implementation.

For us, useful AI design software should respect the original project image. Walls, openings, rooflines, site edges, access points, daylight, circulation, and existing structures should not disappear casually. A tool should also let people write project notes, not only pick from broad style labels.

A good concept image can start a better conversation. It should not pretend that an attractive picture has solved every technical, cultural, environmental, or practical question behind a project.

### Practical Boundaries

ArchOne AI is for concept images and early design exploration.

Generated images are not construction documents. They are not permit drawings, code reviews, structural advice, accessibility reviews, drainage plans, planting specifications, cost estimates, or final purchasing guidance.

Generated concept visuals can be delivered directly to clients for presentations, option comparison, and design communication. They are not technical deliverables. Before using them for construction planning, permitting, purchasing, or implementation, review the relevant decisions with qualified professionals.

### Our Direction

We are building ArchOne AI around one principle: users should be able to explore design options without losing project context.

Focused tools, ArchOne AI Agent, and an infinite canvas work together in one platform. Users can begin with a specific task or a broader brief. They can compare several directions and continue from any result.

Design remains a human responsibility. ArchOne AI makes early visual exploration and communication faster and clearer.

ArchOne AI Studio is a visual workspace for developing a design across several steps. Bring in a photo, sketch, render, reference image, or written brief, then keep the work together as it develops.

#### Build and Compare on the Canvas

- Place source images, references, and generated options on one infinite canvas. Move, resize, and compare them side by side.

- Zoom, pan, select several items, group related options, and align or distribute them for a clearer review.

- Follow the connections between each source, reference, and result. Use layers, groups, files, favorites, undo, and redo to keep the canvas organized.

#### Choose a Tool for a Specific Change

- Create a render from a sketch, photo, or written brief.

- Edit the full image or mark one area. Add, remove, or replace an element.

- Change materials, apply a style, adjust lighting, explore another viewpoint, furnish a room, or remove its furniture.

- Enhance details, extend the frame, or upscale a finished option.

#### Ask the Agent to Connect the Steps

- Describe the goal, attach references, and specify what should stay unchanged.

- For a larger request, review the proposed steps and credit estimate before work begins.

- New results appear beside their sources. Reopen the canvas later and continue from any saved option.

Studio is in beta. Its images support early design studies and client conversations. Check dimensions, site conditions, materials, safety, and code requirements before using a concept for detailed design or construction.
