Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly. This can include your name, email address, account details, login information, support messages, uploaded images, reference images, sketches, renders, prompts, project notes, and other content you choose to submit.

We may collect information created through your use of ArchOne AI. This can include generated images, task status, task history, saved outputs, credit balances, credit usage, orders, subscriptions, billing status, and download records.

We may collect basic technical information. This can include your device type, browser type, IP address, log data, cookie data, page views, feature usage, error reports, and performance data.

If you use paid features, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. ArchOne AI does not intentionally store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or complete card details on its own servers.

Uploaded Images, Project Content, and Generated Outputs

ArchOne AI lets you upload room photos, house exterior photos, landscape photos, site images, sketches, renders, and reference images.

These files may contain private project details. They may show client homes, addresses, floor layouts, personal belongings, private gardens, unpublished design work, or confidential design ideas.

Please upload only content that you have the right to use. If you upload private client material, please make sure you have permission to use it with ArchOne AI.

Prompts and project notes may be stored with your task history. This helps you review past work, reuse settings, troubleshoot results, and continue a design study.

Generated outputs may also be stored. This includes AI design concepts, edited images, preview images, task results, and related metadata.

Please review generated outputs before sharing them with clients, adding them to presentations, publishing them, or using them in a project workflow.

Client and Project Confidentiality

ArchOne AI is built for design workflows, so project privacy matters.

We do not sell your uploaded project content.

We do not publish your private uploaded images, prompts, or generated outputs as public examples unless you give us permission.

We do not use private client projects in public case studies, galleries, ads, social posts, or marketing pages unless you give us permission.

Please avoid uploading material that is not needed for the requested design task. This includes contracts, IDs, financial records, full construction drawing sets, access codes, private documents, or sensitive personal information.

If your project is under a client NDA or another confidentiality duty, please check whether you may use ArchOne AI for that content.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve ArchOne AI.

This includes uploading and processing images, generating design concepts, managing AI tasks, saving task history, managing accounts, tracking credits, processing orders, handling subscriptions, responding to support requests, monitoring reliability, preventing misuse, and enforcing our terms.

We may use aggregated or de-identified usage data to understand how the product is used. This helps us improve quality, fix bugs, and decide which features to improve.

Aggregated or de-identified data does not identify you, your clients, or a specific private project.

AI Processing and Model Training

ArchOne AI uses third-party AI infrastructure to process some requests.

When you generate a design concept, we may send uploaded images, reference images, prompts, project notes, generated outputs, and task metadata to AI providers as needed to complete the request.

We try to send only the content needed for the requested workflow.

Prompt-based image requests may be screened for content safety before they are sent to an AI generation provider.

ArchOne AI does not use private uploaded project content to train public AI models unless you give us permission.

If we want to use your uploaded images, prompts, generated outputs, before-and-after examples, or project materials for model training, evaluation datasets, public examples, galleries, case studies, or marketing, we will ask first when permission is required.

Third-party AI providers may process content according to their own terms and data practices. We use these providers only to operate the service and provide the requested AI workflow.

Saved History, Retention, and Deletion Requests

When account features are enabled, ArchOne AI may save your account data, uploaded images, reference images, prompts, generated outputs, task results, credit usage, order history, subscription status, and saved history.

We keep this data so you can view past work, download results, manage credits, receive support, and continue design studies.

You may contact us to request deletion of account data, uploaded images, prompts, generated outputs, and saved history where available.

Deletion requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, and operational requirements.

Some data may remain in backups, logs, or payment records for a limited time before it is removed through normal retention processes.

Sharing With Service Providers

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us run ArchOne AI.

These providers may support hosting, databases, storage, AI processing, image generation, email delivery, analytics, payments, security, abuse prevention, customer support, and reliability monitoring.

Service providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to ArchOne AI.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request. We may disclose information if needed to protect users, protect the service, prevent abuse, or defend our rights.

Payments, Credits, and Billing Data

If you buy credits, subscribe, or use paid features, we may process order information, credit balances, credit usage, product names, transaction status, subscription status, renewal details, refund status, and billing support information.

Full payment card details are handled by payment providers. ArchOne AI does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment card details on its own servers.

Cookies, Analytics, and Logs

ArchOne AI may use cookies or similar technologies.

We use them to support login, remember preferences, understand product usage, monitor performance, improve the website, and protect against misuse.

You can adjust cookie settings in your browser. Some cookies may be required for login, security, account, or payment features.

Your Privacy Choices

You may contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where these rights apply.

You may also ask us to stop sending marketing emails. Transactional emails, security emails, billing emails, and service emails may still be sent when needed.

Your rights may depend on where you live. We will respond to privacy requests as required by applicable law.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information, confidential documents, or private material that is not needed for your design workflow.

Children's Privacy

ArchOne AI is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to ArchOne AI, please contact us.

Practical Limits of AI Outputs

Generated images are for early concept visualization and design exploration.

They are not construction documents. They are not code reviews, structural reports, accessibility reviews, drainage plans, planting specifications, or permit drawings.

You should review generated concepts with qualified professionals before using them for client delivery, construction planning, permitting, purchasing, or implementation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

If we expand how private uploaded project content may be used for public AI model training, public examples, case studies, galleries, or marketing, we will say so clearly and ask for permission when permission is required.
