What can I use ArchOne AI credits for?
Credits are used to generate AI design visualization drafts for interior rooms, home exteriors, landscape concepts, renovation studies, material directions, and client-facing visual options.
How many credits does one render use?
Direct tools use 1 credit for GPT Image 2 at 1K, 2 credits at 2K, and 3 credits at 4K. Studio Agent generation has a 2-credit minimum per output so planning remains free and sustainable. Advanced models, outpainting, and upscaling use additional credits. Multi-step Studio workflows show the complete credit quote before execution.
Which plan should I choose?
Verify your email to receive 2 free credits. Use them for one 1K watermarked preview in Studio, Floor Plan, or Perspective Changer, or for two standard 1K Direct tool images. Complex Studio requests are combined into one preview. Subscriptions include ongoing Studio access; credit packs include pay-as-you-go Studio Agent workflows up to 2K while purchased credits remain. 4K requires Plus or Pro.
What is the difference between subscriptions and pay-as-you-go credit packs?
Subscriptions are best for ongoing monthly design work and include recurring credits plus plan-level benefits such as higher-resolution exports and commercial use. Pay-as-you-go packs are one-time credit purchases for extra options, occasional projects, or topping up when you do not want to change plans.
What happens if I run out of monthly credits?
You can buy a one-time credit pack and keep generating without waiting for the next billing cycle. Purchased credit packs do not replace your subscription; they simply add extra credits to your account.
Do credits expire or roll over?
Pay-as-you-go credits never expire while your account remains active. Subscription credits are intended for the current billing period and may not roll over. Free trial, bonus, or promotional credits may follow separate validity rules.
Can I use paid outputs commercially?
All paid subscriptions and one-time credit packs include commercial use. Free outputs are for personal exploration only.
What happens if a generation fails or I do not like the result?
Confirmed technical generation failures automatically return the affected credits. Completed results are not refundable solely because the style, composition, or design direction is not preferred. If a credit return remains pending or you see a billing issue, contact support for review.
Can unused credits or subscription charges be refunded?
One-time credit packs and initial or renewal subscription charges may be eligible for a full refund when requested within 7 days and none of the credits or paid plan features from that purchase have been used. Once any included credits or paid features have been used, the purchase is normally not eligible for a full or partial refund. Free trial, bonus, reward, and promotional credits have no cash value. Does ArchOne AI create construction-ready drawings?
No. ArchOne AI is for concept visualization and early design communication. It does not replace construction drawings, code review, structural engineering, drainage planning, planting specifications, accessibility review, permitting, or site verification.
