### Uploaded Images, Project Content, and Generated Outputs

ArchOne AI lets you upload room photos, house exterior photos, landscape photos, site images, sketches, renders, and reference images.

These files may contain private project details. They may show client homes, addresses, floor layouts, personal belongings, private gardens, unpublished design work, or confidential design ideas.

Please upload only content that you have the right to use. If you upload private client material, please make sure you have permission to use it with ArchOne AI.

Prompts and project notes may be stored with your task history. This helps you review past work, reuse settings, troubleshoot results, and continue a design study.

Generated outputs may also be stored. This includes AI design concepts, edited images, preview images, task results, and related metadata.

Please review generated outputs before sharing them with clients, adding them to presentations, publishing them, or using them in a project workflow.

### Studio, Canvas, and Agent Data

When you use ArchOne AI Studio, we may save your canvas content and layout, project context, conversation messages, referenced or selected images, Agent plans, workflow steps, tool actions, task status, intermediate results, final outputs, and links between source images and results.

We use this information to save and restore your canvas, continue conversations, carry out requested actions, show workflow progress, preserve the connection between sources and results, recover interrupted work, and provide support.

Depending on the request, AI or image-generation providers may process your prompt, relevant conversation context, selected images, project notes, generated outputs, and task metadata. We send only the content needed to complete the request.

### Client and Project Confidentiality

ArchOne AI is built for design workflows, so project privacy matters.

We do not sell your uploaded project content.

We do not publish your private uploaded images, prompts, or generated outputs as public examples unless you give us permission.

We do not use private client projects in public case studies, galleries, ads, social posts, or marketing pages unless you give us permission.

Please avoid uploading material that is not needed for the requested design task. This includes contracts, IDs, financial records, full construction drawing sets, access codes, private documents, or sensitive personal information.

If your project is under a client NDA or another confidentiality duty, please check whether you may use ArchOne AI for that content.

### How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve ArchOne AI.

This includes uploading and processing images, generating design concepts, saving Studio canvases, continuing conversations, running Agent workflows, restoring interrupted work, managing accounts, tracking credits, processing orders, handling subscriptions, responding to support requests, monitoring reliability, preventing misuse, and enforcing our terms.

We may use aggregated or de-identified usage data to understand how the product is used. This helps us improve quality, fix bugs, and decide which features to improve.

Aggregated or de-identified data does not identify you, your clients, or a specific private project.

### AI Processing and Model Training

ArchOne AI uses third-party AI infrastructure to process some requests.

When you generate a design concept, we may send uploaded images, selected canvas content, prompts, relevant conversation context, project notes, generated outputs, and task metadata to AI providers as needed to complete the request.

We try to send only the content needed for the requested workflow.

Text prompts for AI generation are sent to Waffo Pancake for a pre-generation content safety scan. We use the scan decision to allow or refuse the request. The scan may process the prompt and return a decision, category information, and a request identifier. We do not send your payment card details with the prompt.

ArchOne AI does not use private uploaded project content to train public AI models unless you give us permission.

If we want to use your uploaded images, prompts, generated outputs, before-and-after examples, or project materials for model training, evaluation datasets, public examples, galleries, case studies, or marketing, we will ask first when permission is required.

Third-party AI providers may process content according to their own terms and data practices. We use these providers only to operate the service and provide the requested AI workflow.

### Saved History, Retention, and Deletion Requests

When account features are enabled, ArchOne AI may save your account data, uploaded images, reference images, prompts, Studio canvases, conversations, Agent plans, workflow records, generated outputs, task results, credit usage, order history, subscription status, and saved history.

We keep this data so you can reopen a canvas, continue a conversation, view past work, download results, manage credits, receive support, and continue design studies.

You may contact us to request deletion of account data, uploaded images, Studio canvases, conversations, prompts, generated outputs, and saved history where available.

Deletion requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, and operational requirements.

Some data may remain in backups, logs, or payment records for a limited time before it is removed through normal retention processes.

### Sharing With Service Providers

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us run ArchOne AI.

These providers may support hosting, databases, storage, AI processing, image generation, email delivery, analytics, payments, security, abuse prevention, customer support, and reliability monitoring.

### Service Overview

ArchOne AI may let you upload photos, sketches, renders, reference images, prompts, and project notes.

The service may generate interior concepts, home exterior concepts, landscape concepts, design directions, visual studies, and related AI outputs.

Some features may require an account, credits, a subscription, or a paid plan.

ArchOne AI is a concept visualization tool. It is not a licensed architecture, engineering, construction, permitting, or code compliance service.

### ArchOne AI Studio and Agent Actions

ArchOne AI Studio includes an AI agent that can interpret requests, use selected canvas content as context, prepare a plan, and use one or more tools. A workflow may create intermediate and final outputs and add them to the canvas.

Agent plans, suggested steps, tool selections, and generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional design advice. They do not confirm dimensions, structure, accessibility, code compliance, drainage, cost, permits, or buildability.

Some plans require confirmation before execution. Your confirmation authorizes the displayed actions and applicable credit use. It does not mean that the plan or its outputs are technically accurate or suitable for construction.

You are responsible for reviewing the plan, each workflow step, and all intermediate and final outputs before using or sharing them.

### Who May Use ArchOne AI

ArchOne AI is available to users who are at least 13 years old.

If the laws in your location require a higher age, that higher age applies.

The service is not available where its use is not allowed by applicable law or when an account has been suspended or terminated.

### User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of ArchOne AI.

Please use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Please review all generated images, prompts, previews, downloads, and other outputs before sharing them with clients, publishing them, adding them to presentations, or using them in a project workflow.

Please review Agent plans, tool selections, workflow steps, intermediate results, and final outputs before relying on them.

You are responsible for client communications, design decisions, project claims, presentation use, and any action taken based on an output.

Please do not use ArchOne AI to mislead clients, contractors, buyers, reviewers, regulators, or the public.

### Uploaded Content and Project Rights

Please upload only content that you have the right to use.

Uploaded content may include room photos, exterior photos, landscape photos, site images, sketches, renders, reference images, prompts, project notes, and other project materials.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

By uploading content, you give ArchOne AI permission to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use that content only as needed to provide the service, generate requested outputs, maintain your account, support downloads, show saved history, provide support, prevent misuse, and operate the platform.

Please avoid uploading confidential, private, or sensitive material that is not needed for the requested design task.

This includes contracts, IDs, access codes, financial records, private documents, complete construction drawing sets, and sensitive personal information.

If a project is covered by a client agreement, NDA, studio policy, school policy, or other confidentiality duty, please check whether you may upload that material to ArchOne AI.

### AI Outputs and Design Use

AI outputs may contain mistakes.

They may include visual artifacts, incorrect materials, inaccurate details, distorted proportions, invented objects, changed openings, unrealistic lighting, wrong plant choices, or other design errors.

Generated images are for early concept visualization, mood exploration, design discussion, and presentation drafts.

You may use outputs for internal design studies, client conversations, early presentation options, mood boards, proposal drafts, and related design workflows, as long as that use follows these terms.

Please do not present AI outputs as final construction documents, permit drawings, code-approved designs, engineering reports, or guaranteed real-world results.

### Professional Design Boundaries

ArchOne AI does not replace qualified professionals.

Generated concepts do not replace architects, interior designers, landscape designers, engineers, contractors, code consultants, surveyors, accessibility consultants, fire safety consultants, or permitting authorities.

Please do not rely on ArchOne AI outputs for structural safety, code compliance, accessibility, drainage, grading, planting specifications, fire safety, cost estimates, procurement, or construction decisions.

Before using an output for client delivery, permitting, construction planning, purchasing, or implementation, review it with qualified professionals.

### Content Safety and Prohibited Uses

To keep ArchOne AI useful and safe, please do not misuse the service.

This means you may not:

- violate any law or third-party right;
- upload content that you do not have the right to use;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
- attempt unauthorized access to the service or another account;
- bypass rate limits, credits, payment systems, security features, or safety filters;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law or written permission;
- use the service to create deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, hateful, abusive, harassing, or illegal content;
- use outputs to misrepresent a real project, existing property, built condition, professional approval, or construction-ready status.

ArchOne AI may reject, block, remove, or refuse to generate content that appears to violate these rules.

### AIGC Use Policy

This policy applies to prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images and videos, edits, and content shared through ArchOne AI. Do not use the service to create, request, upload, or share:

1. **Pornography or NSFW content:** nudity, sexually explicit or exploitative material, or sexualized depictions of any person.
2. **Violence or gore:** graphic injury, mutilation, extreme violence, or content that promotes physical harm.
3. **Hate speech:** content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
4. **Child unsafe content:** child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or other content that exploits or endangers children.
5. **Deepfakes or impersonation:** deceptive use of a real person's likeness, voice, or identity without authorization, including fraud, misleading endorsements, or false evidence.

We review reported content and relevant account or task records, may remove or restrict violating content, and may limit or suspend access for repeated or serious violations. We may refer illegal content to appropriate authorities where required by law. Automated checks are imperfect; users must review outputs before using or sharing them.

To report suspected violations, email [support@archoneai.com](mailto:support@archoneai.com?subject=Content%20Safety%20Report 'Report a content safety concern') or use our [contact page](https://archoneai.com/contact 'Contact ArchOne AI'). Include the relevant page or task link, a description of the concern, and any supporting details you can safely provide. Do not send illegal material in your report. We review reports, investigate as appropriate, and respond or take action based on the facts and severity. If your content or account was restricted in error, use the same channel to request a review.

### NSFW and Sexual Content Policy

ArchOne AI is a design visualization platform. It is not an adult content tool.

Please do not upload, request, generate, edit, publish, or distribute nude, sexual, pornographic, erotic, or sexually explicit content through ArchOne AI.

## Source 3: Refund Policy

Canonical HTML: https://archoneai.com/refund-policy
Published: 2026-09-14. Content updated: 2026-09-14.

### Overview

This refund policy explains how ArchOne AI handles refunds, failed generations, duplicate charges, billing errors, credits, and subscriptions.

Last updated: September 14, 2026.

ArchOne AI is a digital AI design visualization service. AI generation may create processing costs as soon as a request starts.

Confirmed technical generation failures automatically return the affected credits. Completed results are not refundable solely because the style, composition, or design direction is not preferred.

### When We May Review a Refund or Credit Request

Please contact us if one of these issues happens:

- credits were charged but no generation task was created;
- a generation failed because of a service error or provider error;
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- your payment succeeded but credits or plan access did not appear in your account;
- a billing error affected your order, renewal, or subscription.

When the system confirms that a generation was not submitted, failed technically, or completed without a usable image, the affected credits are automatically returned. Some provider failures may remain pending while ArchOne AI confirms whether processing occurred. If a credit return remains pending or does not appear correctly, contact us for review.

For duplicate charges, missing plan access, subscription errors, or other payment issues, we may fix the billing issue or approve a payment refund where appropriate.

### When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

Refunds are usually not available when:

- credits were already used for a successful generation;
- the result was generated but you do not like the style, composition, or design direction;
- the output needs design review, prompt refinement, or another iteration;
- you changed your mind after using credits or plan features;
- you forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal;
- your request is made outside the review period below.

AI design outputs can vary. A result that needs refinement is not always treated as a failed generation.

### Unused Credits, Partial Use, and Subscription Charges

One-time credit packs may be eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and none of the credits from that pack have been used. Once any credits from the pack have been used, the purchase is not eligible for a full or partial refund, except where required by law or where ArchOne AI confirms a billing or service error.

Initial subscription charges and renewal charges may be eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within 7 days of the charge and no subscription credits or paid plan features associated with that charge have been used. Once included credits or paid features have been used, the charge is normally not refundable.

Free trial, bonus, reward, and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable for money. Credits returned after a confirmed technical generation failure are not treated as successful use.

These rules do not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

### Review Period

Please send refund or credit review requests within 7 days of the purchase, renewal, failed generation, duplicate charge, or billing issue.

Requests sent after 7 days may be harder to verify and may not be eligible for a refund or credit restoration.

### Subscriptions and Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription according to the rules shown at checkout, in your account, or on the pricing page.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges.

If a renewal charge looks incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can review it.

### How to Request a Review

To request a refund or credit review, contact us at [support@archoneai.com](mailto:support@archoneai.com 'Email ArchOne AI support').

Please include:

- your account email;
- order number or payment reference if available;
- purchase or generation date;
- the related task, page, or feature;
- a short description of what happened.

Clear details help us review the issue faster.

### Processing

Approved refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method.

Payment providers and banks may take 5-10 business days to show the refund.

Payment processing fees may not always be refundable. If a payment provider charges a non-refundable processing fee, that amount may be deducted from the refund where allowed by law.

### Abuse and Fair Use

This policy is meant to help with real billing issues, failed generations, and service errors.

It is not meant to provide free use of paid AI generations.

ArchOne AI may decline refund or credit requests that appear abusive, repeated, misleading, or inconsistent with this policy.

For terms governing use of ArchOne AI and information about how we handle personal data, please review the [Terms of Service](https://archoneai.com/terms-of-service 'Review the ArchOne AI Terms of Service') and [Privacy Policy](https://archoneai.com/privacy-policy 'Review the ArchOne AI Privacy Policy').

### Contact

If you have questions about this refund policy, contact us at [support@archoneai.com](mailto:support@archoneai.com 'Email ArchOne AI refund support').

### Analytics Services

As of the date shown above, ArchOne AI is configured to use the following analytics services. A service may not run on every page or during every visit.

| Service                                                                                                                                           | Purpose and storage                                                                                                                                                                                |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| [Vercel Web Analytics](https://vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy 'Read Vercel Web Analytics privacy information') | Measures aggregated traffic without third-party cookies. Vercel states that its temporary visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours. |
| [Google Analytics](https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/11397207 'Read Google Analytics cookie information') | Measures visits and product interactions after consent. GA4 may set first-party `_ga` and `_ga_*` cookies with a default expiration of up to 2 years, subject to browser limits and configuration. |
| [Microsoft Clarity](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/setup-and-installation/clarity-cookies 'Read Microsoft Clarity cookie information') | Helps us understand site usability after consent. Clarity may set `_clck`, `_clsk`, and related Microsoft cookies; their duration varies by identifier and provider configuration. |
| [PostHog](https://posthog.com/docs/libraries/js/persistence 'Read PostHog persistence information') | Measures selected product interactions after consent. Its default browser persistence uses local storage and a first-party `ph_*_posthog` cookie for up to 365 days. |

ArchOne AI may also use third-party services for authentication, payments, referrals, customer support, or other service functions. Those providers may set or read cookies when you use the relevant feature or visit their pages. Third-party technologies are governed by the provider's own policies.

The optional Google One Tap prompt loads on eligible public pages only after you select **Accept all cookies**. Depending on browser and configuration, Google Identity Services may use cross-domain state such as the `g_state` cookie to manage the prompt. If you explicitly select **Sign in with Google**, Google authentication may load immediately because you requested that sign-in flow; this does not enable optional analytics or marketing services.

### Managing Cookies

When the Cookie settings panel is shown, you can accept all cookies or continue with necessary cookies only. ArchOne AI stores that choice for up to 180 days. On this page, select **Cookie settings** to review or change your choice.

If you change from all cookies to necessary cookies, ArchOne AI stops loading the optional services on the next page load and removes the optional first-party identifiers it can access. You may need to use your browser settings to remove cookies stored under a third party's domain.

Most browsers also let you view, block, or delete cookies through their privacy or site settings. You can configure some browsers to block third-party cookies or remove stored site data when the browser closes.

Blocking or deleting essential cookies may sign you out or prevent account, security, checkout, payment, preference, or other service features from working correctly. Deleting a preference or attribution cookie may cause the related choice or source information to be recorded again.

Browser settings do not necessarily remove information already received and processed before a cookie was deleted.

### Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the date shown above.
